App Store on iPhone missing
ITune App and App Store Utilities are now missing from my iPhone4 after an upgrade. Now what? Do I need to Restore?

Check: Settings - General - Restrictions - Installing Apps = ??? iTunes = ???
Thanks turned on these APPS and they "reappeared". I should have read the info on changes when I was given a prompt. So now I am searching to find things that were changed and moved!
