I have tried every one of the solutions and I still have no service for my iPhone 4? Any more suggestions?

I am getting random service is public locations, other than that I have no service for my iphone 4 since the new update. Any suggestions? I have tried everything to get it back to normal.

iPhone 4, iOS 6.0.1
