CLEARING CELL INFORMATION AND HIDING CELLS TIL TASK IS COMPLETE

Hello I would like to be able to clear the information of certain cells as step one

at he same time for steps 2-5 to hide, so that i con not go to the next step until the previous is finished.

Could be difficult.


You can use the reorganize panel to "Show (only) rows" meeting a certain condition in one or more columns.


That property would allow you to set up a column in your table in which the value in the row(s) for step 2 would change when all parts of step 1 had been completed. The new value would fit the condition set for showing the row(s), and the step 2 row(s) would appear.


The difficulty lies in setting a formula to detect when step 1 is completed, and change the value in it's cell from one that hides that row to one that shows it.


If you can provide more details regarding the steps, and what could be used to differentiate between 'unfinished' and 'finished' for step 1, I (or another of the people who participate in this community) could provide more specific advice.
