Numbers will not open

Numbers will not open

When I click on Numbers (version 2.1 28.6 MB) it will not open. I do not get an error message. App store tells me I have Numbers installed.

I rebooted and cheked sharing & permissions under 'Get Info" but to no avail.

Anyone got any suggestions please.

That sounds to me like an incomplete install, since Numbers 2.1 on my system is 105.6 MB (and I have the DVD iWork package, which may have smaller applications than the App Store version since some of the shared frameworks are installed outside the individual applications).
