Voicemail troubles with my iPhone

My voicemail on my iPhone 4 is stuck on the display where is says "Greetings, Voicemail Speaker" on the top the bottom says call back and delete but I'm not able to click on ether one of those. I get voicemails but have to check buy calling my phone.
