Q: resetting factory setting

I deleted my preset factory settig and no matter how many times I hit restore factory setting it will not do and i cant totally unitall and reintall, tried 3 times, keeps reinstalling the same way I took it out

Aperture 3, iOS 6.0.1

    What is your Apeture 3 version and your Mac OS X version?

     

    And how did you delete factory settings? DId you edit one of the presets and want to restore it to the original version? Which of the presets is it that you need to restore?

    Or did you delete preset files in the user library?
