I bought FCP X. I dowloaded Final Cut Pro Sound Effects and that map was filled.
But the map: 'Apple Loops for Soundtrack Pro' is empty.
Is that O.K.? Do I have to buy Soundtrack Pro to fill that map?
Does anyone know the answer?

I had the same question a couple of weeks ago. Short answer: Yes. You gotta buy software. (If I'm not mistaken, people got Soundtrack Pro as part of the "Studio Suite" on legacy FCP.)
