find my device-shows no location

Just added new Mac Mini to my collection. It is set to find my mac in icloud settings. When I sign on at iCloud it shows all devices however the Mac Mini display as "no location" all other devices appear on map.

I can play sound from iCloud to Mini, but I cannot ever get a location.

Any Thoughts on this?
