Ok ive had it. None of my apple devices can find each other to pair with via bluetooth. I've tried everything suggested so far. I'm inclined to think apple are pushing the blame and not admitting their ios6 has a problem. Help anyone?

What exactly are you trying to pair, and to what end? Note for one thing, there is no FTP file transfer protocol supported in iOS. There are specific apps that will allow BT transfer between another iOS device with the same app installed, but otherwise you are never going to pair an iPhone with an iPad, for example.

Bluetooth in iOS devices does not support pairing except for tethering the internet connection, or pairing with headsets, bluetooth keyboards and car systems. File transfer via Bluetooth is not supported.
Hi michael and tone fox. I've always been able to pair my iPad and iPhone 4 up until the new ios6 download. Other devices are showing. I wanted to pair for photo transfer, Bluetooth app transfer. Am I being an old fuddyduddy? I am 98% sure I used to see my iPhone 4 in the iPad Bluetooth connection box and vice versa.

iOS has never supported that kind of pairing and file transfer natively. There are 3rd party apps that can do, if both iOS devices are running the app (that includes some apps specifically for photo transfer). Are you sure you were not using some app to do this in the past?
