Hi, when i connect my I Pod Touch 4th gen. to I Tunes (for Windows XP) to extract the IOS6 Software to the I Pod it disconnects.
How can I solve that the I Pod always disconnects when i want to extract the Software😕

There`s only the new IPSW which I downloaded right now
Is it likely that i hadnt any IPSW?
You said you had problems when extracting the update file. That means it was downloaded.

I think I found it in Google Chrome Downloads its ITunesSetup.exe
No that`s ITunes, but in my Download List there is only the new IPSW
Whn you use the Windows file seach and search for:
*.ipsw
what comes back?
The search is for asterisk period then the letters ipsw
Yes I`ve done that and then there was only the new IPSW, I already turned off some Options, that I can see everything thats on the computer
