I can not print my coupons from coupons.com. I have uninstalled and reinstalled too may times to remember. I have downloaded Google Chrome and Firefox solely for this purpose. None of them are working. I consistently get the message that the coupon installer needs to be installed which it already is. Help!!

I have repeatedly uninstalled and reinstalled the coupon printer. Nothing works. I have an IMac osx processor 2.5, Ghz intel core i5, software 10.7.5. I have tried both safari and Firefox.
I'm having the same exact problem for the past month and a half. I have tried everything with no luck. Please keep me posted if you find a solution. Thanks.

If you recently upgraded your operating system, you might try uninstalling your printer driver, then reinstalling it from the printer manufacturer's website for your new OS. I tried this and it didn't work. I even went and bought a new printer! Still can't print.

You might also want to try completely uninstalling the coupon printer, drag the folder to your Trashbin and reboot. Then reinstall the printer, make sure it's enabled in your browser and that your browser is set to open in 32 bit mode. Yes, I uninstalled my coupon printer and then uninstalled my printer. Then reinstalled my printer and reinstalled my coupon printer. Works fine. Only problem now is that it is printing in color. I'll take it though. Good luck!
