Q: I am the worst when it comes to computers. I recently changed my 15 year old tower and now I can't get the new one to download iTunes. What do I do ?

Nothing. I have the icon on my desktop...but it won't open and it just won't download.

Okay. Do you get any error messages when you try to launch your iTunes? If so, what do they say? (Precise text, please.)
