I only want to move some playlists to my new ipod shuffle but it always adds ALL my music and I don't want that. How can I add only the playlists?

I have a new 4th generation Shuffle and am trying to load some playlists. Why does all my music get transferred to my ipod shuffle when I move my playlists to it? I don't want ALL my music added.

iPod shuffle, Windows 7
