iCal will not go online after changing my Exchange password. Any tips?

My workplace requires a reqular password change to our Exchange accounts. I have just changed my account iCal wont update or go online. Mail and contacts are all ok. I have changed the password in System Prefs but it is not working. Any thoughts?
