Q: Using Airport Express as a wireless range extender

Hello! In my house, we have an Airport Extreme, however, we have recently acquired an Airport Express in order to increase the range of the device around the house. I've looked online for tutorials, but all I can find are ways that involve running ethernet cables all throughout the house, and that is something that is just not feasible right now. Is there a way I can use the Airport Express as a wireless extender, and is there a tutorial anyone can point me to?

Thank you very much, that seemed to work well. However, is there any way for me to tell which station I am connected to, using Airport Utility or the Wifi Settings, and is there any way to force it to connect to a certain one? Thank you so much!

Yes. The simpliest way is to Option-click on the AirPort icon in the top menu bar. Note the value for BSSID. This is the wireless ID for the base station that you are currently connected to. It will also be printed on one of the AirPort's sides.
