Reversing MIDI Question

Hi,

I am new user of Logic and my question has to do with reversing a MIDI track that I created. The original fades out nicely after the last note from the 4-6th bar however when I reverse it so it plays at the beginning of my song to get a gradual 'ramping up' feel I do not hear it; the song just starts with the note. How do I reverse the track without losing that so-called 'tail'? Any help would be most appreciated!

Cheers

Bounce in place bounces/records the Region as it is or as your hear it before you do this action. However you have to pay attention to the checkboxes.

The normalize button just sets the maximum level to 0dB and the Overload Protection makes sure that the level doesn't get over. If your signal is distorted before (for whatever reasons) the bounce, that feature will not "un-destort" it.

My only guess is that you might have a a very hot signal that you reduced with a gain Plug-in and when you bounce with the "Bypass Effect Plug-ins" checkbox on, the signal will overload.

Hope that helps
