Export Transition Problem

I am trying to export a keynote slideshow to a quicktime file. Each slide has a different transition and timing. When I view the exported video only 5% of my transitions are still in place, all the other transitions have disappeared and the slides just cut from one to the other. It seems like my timing is still in place.

I am using Keynote '09
