How does mac os 9 solve the race condition problem?

Sirs, do you have any details regarding how mac os 9 deals with race conditions?

It uses an event queue of limited size. The queue is usually about 20 events long. If a new event arrives before the oldest one has been processed, the oldest event is discarded.
