Why does safari in iPad not open any document ?

Hi, every time I try to open a link from search engine it keep saying 'safari cannot open the age because it could not connect to he server'. What or where am I going wrong?

iPad (3rd gen) Wi-Fi + Cellular, iOS 6.0.1
