Q: After iPhone 4s upgrade no SIRI not even in settings>general.

Upgraded via windows 7 laptop with iTunes. Software version is 6.0.1 (10A523)

Even if it wasn't working, I should still see it in settings. Also voice command no longer works--I suppose because that was replace by Siri.

If you are positive it is a 4s and not a 4...

Try This...

Close All Open Apps... Perform a Reset... Try again...

Reset ( No Data will be Lost )

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Release the Buttons.

If no joy...

Connect to iTunes on the computer you usually Sync with and “ Restore “...

Nothing else yet was considering a reverse install but haven't the right restore file.
