Contacts in

I have questions related to Contacts in iPad. When I searched for a specific person (first name & last name) in my contacts, it showed many results. I found the reason is it searched into details & other fields including the middle name. For example: I searched Bill Stevens (full name). It shows Bill Stevens along with 20 other people (one is William Bill Stevens). The results also show some other contacts has no match for first name last name but has the notes related to Bill Stevens (for example: it shows Alan Cook as a result because in the notes it has Alan Cook is Bill Stevens friends).

Are there any apps or settings that can help with this issue? It's smart to search into details but also very annoying to show too many results. I found this issue on iPhone 5 as well.
