Thank you, thank you, thank you, Apple, for not screwing up. iTunes 11 seems great so far. Simplified, beautiful, yet still able to manage settings, library and song info. Was hoping for a way to "favorite" radio stations but that's okay.
Users visiting the iTunes Store to redeem gift cards have a new option allowing them to simply take a photo of the code on the back of the card with their computer's camera in order to redeem their cards.
It is installed, so far approx. 200 MB was downloaded. But I'm somewhat disappointed, this player is practically the same player as before, whithout the practical album/title list. I think usabilty was better in iTunes 10. But this impression may be change after a while.

View Sidebar. Add new playlist called Radio. Click on Music/Radio. Find the station(s) you want and drag them to the Radio playlist. Open playlist and double click the station you want to play it.

Yes, I have always done that. What I don't like about it is that it populates my 'music library' with the 'radio stations' that I add to my 'radio playlists.' Yes, I'm a bit nitpicky 😉
When I click on 'Redeem' I have no option to use a camera.

Perhaps this is only available in USA?
The use camera to redeem option is showing up for a lot of users. No word yet as to why. Prety frustrating. US and UK.
I'm not so happy with it, a lot of features are gone, ... the shuffle playlist is gone (how to shuffle playlists when iPod is used in a vehicle ... oh ****, we forgot about that ) Cover flow gone, ... search option is not really what we like , when I search for music, i want my search results to be about music, not apps, movies,etc ... No, a big step back for me !
