Is it possible to lock a cell so a formula can't be changed in numbers?
You can lock a table but not individual cells. Generally segregate those items you want to lock into one table and place the things you want to allow a user to change into ither tables.
To lock a table select the table then select the menu item "Arrange > Lock"
