IPad won't open Webmail email messages

Hello,

I am trying to open my email messages in through WebMail. I can log in, view the Inbox, move and delete messages, but I can not open the message in order to read them. I tried single tap, double tap, tap and hold, swipe left and right neither of these technics open email messages.

Please advise if I need to change settings to make the messages open in Webmail.
