Can I recover a CalDav calendar?

Help!

I have just deleted a CaDav account in iCal in Snow Leopard, thinking I was only deleting UK Holidays. I have lost my entire personal dates etc. Is there any way I can recover this using Time Machine?

I also have a near identical setup on my Macbook.

I have the info on my iPod Classic as well - can I use that?

I'm desparate!
