I have completed a 6 minute movie using iMovie. When I export this through many different formats and burn a DVD using iDVD a portion of the screen is croped when viewed on a DVD player. Please Help!!!

If you're playing on a digital TV you should be able to reset the aspect ratio to 4:3 and get it all in as I remember.
Another way is to add the iMovie via the iMovie ➙ Share ➙ Media Browser ➙ iDVD slideshow import route
and then set the iDVD ➙ Slideshow preferences to the following:
