I have Leopard 10.5.8 and I can't upgrade to snow leopard

I can't upgrade to snow leopard neither to upper upgrade. What can I do?

Check if your computer is supported > http://support.apple.com/kb/sp575 If you can't run Mac OS X Snow Leopard, keep Mac OS X Leopard or buy a new Macintosh

My Mac supports it, there is no issue about that but there is no way to download or buy the upgarde disc?
