help i purchased a mariah carey song on my i pad . when i went onto my mac it had not shown up on purchases. i then went to store to purchase album and pressed buy. i got charged twice it duplicated all songs, as well as charging for single download.
help , when i went to download album from i tunes, i had purchased one song on my i pad, it did not show in my music library, i was charged twice for the album on my main computer. it actually downloaded all songs twice. needless to say i did not need a duplicate of every song. how do i go about asking for a refund.
