TP....did you sync using 10.7 using WiFi or the USB cable? And did you do anything other than plug it in (or choose Sync Now if you did it via WiFi)? Just wondering whether you had to do anything out of the ordinary to get iTunes 10.7 to sync your phone.

Apple needs to do something about this.  The way it was done and the reaction by it's customers should make Apple  revert back to 10.7 and go back to the drawing board.  Why is it you get a good thing going and mess it up?  Admit your wrong and make it right, Apple!!  At least add the streaming radio back to the mix.

Take a minute and give Apple some constructive feedback. Tell them what features in 10.7 that aren't there any more you want back in.

Don't you think Apple should be able to get the point from this thread alone?

The Apple Support Community is for us to help eachother. There are so many threads they could never monitor them. They do monitor the feedback you post on their Product Feedback site. So make sure you go to that link I posted. Give them clear constructive  info on what you would like them to add, fix, enhance etc.

Anyone else can confirm they've been able to sync a ios7 device to iTunes 10.7, preferably on a Windwos machine?

(I can't even log on in standard way to Apple support anymore ..)
Since there are so many stupid degradations in iTunes 11.x, e.g. I cannot see hundreds of my lyrics I have fed (corrected), No usable Album views, etc.
i will never, ever upgrade to 11  .., until ..

    That's really a shame!

I have the same issue. Update to 11.1 and my iphone 4 and iPad to new OS7. Both synced fine to itunes then update to 7.0.2 on iPhone try to get back on computer to sync and phone and ipad wouldn't show up in itunes. Kept gettinga message of do you trust this computer or some nonsense. Of course pressed trust this computer and nothing happened. Checks USB cord restart itunes and computer and nothing. My Mac was picking up my phone bc iPhoto popped up but itunes didn't. If someone could please help me that would be great and save me a 4 hr car drive to the apple store.

Interestingly, my wife has an iPhone 5s (iOS7), a 2006 MacBook Pro which can't run anything newer than Mac OS 10.6.8, and she is running iTunes 10.7. When she syncs her phone via USB, she starts iTunes, select-checks Backup To This Computer, then connects the iPhone and syncs. After the backup and sync is finished, she disconnects the phone, then selects-checks Backup To iCloud. She did purchase extra storage space on iCloud so she could sync and backup to iCloud.

She gave me a new iPhone 5s for Christmas. I haven't activated it yet. When I do, I'll try doing it the way she does and report back on my findings. My computer is a mid-2010 iMac running 10.8.4.

I've been holding off upgrading my iPad 2 to iOS 7 because of the supposed hard requirement that iOS 7 requires iTunes 11.1 or newer. Perhaps it's not an absolute. I was also holding off upgrading my iPhone 4 to iOS 7 because of all the negative comments in another thread I have about iOS 7 running slow on an iPhone 4. With the new iPhone 5s, my adventure is about to begin trying to run iTunes 10.7 with it.

I too HATE the new itunes!!! I want 10.7 back! Why doesnt MAC ask first if the consumer wants an update and what features THEY want. MAC take a good look at these comments and fix it.
