Q: a box appears around my apps and i cant scroll. it takes a long time to open any app and only works when the box is around it. How do i fix it?

A box appears around the apps i am trying to click on and i cant scroll. I have to click about ten times for the app to work

    Interesting. I've never seen a box around any of my apps. The only exception might be the border of a folder that contains multiple apps. What does this box look like?

     

    First thing to try is a reboot of your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously ignoring the red slider until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.

    You might turned on service intended for people with disabilities.

    Go under settings-general-accessibility and turn it off, probably assistive touch.
