New Sequence glitch (Toggle Clip Keyframes)

Hey guys,

I have a strange problem that I have not come across before. Whenever I open up a new sequence in FCP7, it opens with the Toggle Clip Keyframes enabled. Is there any way I can turn this off? Or should I try to simply delete the Pref files and see if that works?
