Time Machine Back Up Fail

Time Machine not backing up. Getting the following error: Backup disk image "/volumes/XXXXXXXX's time machine caps/XXXXX's iMac (2).sparsebundle" is already in use. Not sure what this means, any ideas??

Time Capsule 802.11n (3rd Gen), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

This is our most common error.. asked 10 times a day.

Reboot the whole network.. or just the TC.
