what if i cant get into my app stoer

i whip out my hard drive and now all it does when i start the labtop it go to disk uttletes

how can i buy lion and install it if i can getinto my app store?...help

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8)

Boot into recovery mode, restart holding down CMD+R, and restore the OS.

If you wiped out your HD and no longer have a Recovery HD, then you need to try Internet Recovery. If that's not doable, contact Apple Support or visit an Apple repair station.
