I am using my iPad mini as a recipe book. But the screen goes to sleep after a minute or so. How do I change the length of time the window stays on before going to sleep?

As of August 2017 you change the lock out time by selecting
Settings > Display & Brightness > Auto-Lock
The options range from 2 minutes to never

I've got the air 2 and have the same issue.
Hi. If your Auto Lock settings don't include Never, you may have a profile from your company or school that prevents this. See Settings > General > Profile.
