You can do a DFU restore by holding both the sleep wake button (button on top) and the home button (bottom center) down for 8 seconds then releasing the sleep wake button and continuously hold down the home button (bottom center) until the device shows a blank black screen. Then connetct to iTunes.
I reset my iphone erasing all contents and settings and up to now its still resetting! its been 10hours! HELP!
