I can't enter the passcode?

My phone will not let me enter the PASSCODE.

I went to answer phone call and phone would not let me SLIDE to answer.

I try to enter the PASSCODE and and the phone is now voice activated and announces what PASSCODE I am entering but is not actually

doing anything with the information?!

I can't answer calls, I can't get into the phone?!

Please help.
