Can i order iPad mini in Singapore store and deliver to Thailand ?
It's not availble in Thailand store for now.
My friend want to give its to her boy friend.

The Apple Stores will not ship out of their country, and I believe similar restrictions are placed on authorized resellers. So no, that will probably not be possible. Unless you or someone you know will be traveling to Singapore, your friend will probably need to wait until the iPad mini in Thailand is released, which I would recommend anyway since until it is her boyfriend would not be able to get any service on the iPad mini should service be required.
