Q: Ipad 4 16gb with 4g or ipad mini 32gb with 4g?

Well if you have any other iPads Just go with IPad mini.You can use it easier and its better on-the-go. But if you mostly game on iPad go with IPad 4.

I'd go for more space. I didn't think the spec improvement was all that spectacular, but I'd love to have 16 more gig at my disposal. (That said, I have managed on a 16 gig iPad for over a year now, you just can't data hoard.

I agree. I'd go for more space as well. I'm dealing with a 16GB iPad mini and am managing, but would love to have more space. I might return it for the 32GB. Not sure yet.

Having said that, to me OP's question is easy. I'd take the mini hands down. Just much easier to pick up and go. the big iPad is just too big. My opinion, of course.
