FYI
I applied the latest 10.8.2 and the problem still re-occurs; got a couple of blank outs and snow effects in the short time I used it after the patch was applied and I rebooted, etc.
I wasn't really expecting to get it fixed by this update, Intel just did release the fix. Since 10.8.3 is already seeded, I doubt that will have the fix either. : (

Is it 12C2034 or 12C3104?
I have been running 10.8.2 since I downloaded it to my replacement i7 on 13th November. My build is 12C2034 if it helps.
BobH47, video was never an issue for me. from day one (two weeks ago) I hooked up two dell screens, both DVI. one using the HDMI to DVI connector and the other using the mini display port to DVI. both screens working awesome. i have the late Mini 2012, I5 and build 12C3104.
My version is 12C3104

The only update I was ever able to install was the one that came out yesterday.
I was never able to install any of those supplemental updates, and by the time I had bought my Mac Mini and learned of all these issues the original update had gotten pulled already. So yesterday was the first real update I ever installed.
