I have had this problem for a long time now and tried so many solutions people have gave me, When i click on itunes store it never stops saying "accessing itunes store" and leaves me with a blank page. Could it have anything to do with that I was connected to a main computer with home sharing but accidently completley deleted that itunes from the main computer. Can someone please help me. 🙂

Yes i recently tried this process, the publisher it says i use is wontok, and wontok is not on that list of publishers that can cause problems. any other ideas?

Wontok would be the prime suspect even though it isn't listed in the document.
What Wontok products do you have installed on the PC?
Sorry for the late comment, but my dad recentley installed bigpond security to protect my computer from some viruses and i searched wontok in my files and the "bigpond security installer" is by wontok inc. so i would be very greatful if you helped me figure the rest of this out. 🙂

Okay try getting your Dad to update the BigPond to the most recent version. Does that help with the Store access?
I updated the bigpond security and still never loads the itunes store, just keeps saying "accessing itunes store". i know this may or may not help but i checked the task manager just to see if itunes cpu was doing anything and the cpu says 26 (have no idea if that will help you at all)
