I recently had to replace my video card. My photos were all backed up on an external hard drive. After transferring all data back to my mac iPhoto shows no photos. Please help

How can we help with that information? What did you back up? How did you back up? How did you restore? What version of iPhoto? Remember we can't see your machine...
Thank you very much for your reply. Happily everything is back to "normal". I had so much data to transfer that it took most of the night to complete. Patience is not my strong suit and this is my first experience with utilizing and external hard drive. Just wish I would have realized it before staying up til 2AM trying to figure it out. Oh well, live and learn (hopefully) Thanks for the response.
