Si esta rayado mi iphone 5 de fabrica puedo hacer valida la garantia?

Tengo 15 dias cn el y es telcel , venia rayado de fabrica y no he podido llevarlo a hacer valida la garantia , si se puede? En dnd debo llevarlo a telcel o a un store?
