There used to be a slider in previoue versions, but I cannot seem to find it in this new one.

This option has been removed. Apple thinks we need to exercise our fingers by scrolling more. I pity those with arthritis.
It's the primary reason I reverted to v10.7 yesterday.
Pls not! Best things of prev. Itunes versions they´ve removed! Why do they remove important tools to manage his own Itunes collection?!? I don´t get it...Might be the best way on returning to version 10.7 if the next update won´t bring back any essential tools.
I dislike on I-11:
big thumbnails size (no slider for custom sizes)
white background (in 10.7 grey/dark was available)
letter fonts
no grouping of interprets by letters
no preview of covers (bottom/left/sidebar) while scrolling through the interprets/album
