Dasboard Problem. It won't get off the screen.

I have a problem with dashboard. It won't get off the screen. Everytime I click the mouse it zooms in and out and I'm unable to click on anything else. I tried rebooting but it's still there. It's literally taken over . Can anyone help?

Hello,

Safe Boot from the HD, (holding Shift key down at bootup), run Disk Utility in Applications>Utilities, then highlight your drive, click on Repair Permissions, if you can, then open Terminal and copy paste the line in...

To turn Dashboard off:

defaults write com.apple.dashboard mcx-disabled -boolean YES
