iTunes Match Stuck on Step1

So my iTunes Match has been stuck on Step 1 for the last week... How do you even troubleshoot this.... Ive turned match off and on.. no change..

iPhone 5, iOS 6.0.1

I've been stuck on Step one myself. Tried rebooting, closing, nothing!

Same here, just started today, was fine up until this morning in the UK, stuck on step 1. Hopefully apple sort it soon.

Same here, although I have had this problem for a couple months... I can't sync anything new in my library to iTunes Match.
