how to fix left speaker to work on iphone 4 and headphone jack, it has caused my Beats headphones and another pair to become extremely low. first it was the left ear now both?

I first had a problem with the left speaker not working on the bottom of the phone, then when using heeadphones the left er began to lose nearly all volume and now both are damaged. this is permanent damage not caused by anything other than the phone and has already made 2 seperate pairs of Beats By Dre nearly useless. when i use the headphones in any other device the damage still exists also, the iphone vibrates randomly with 1 vibration not caused by any apps or notifications at all. does apple repair this for free?
