numbers on iCloud is INCONSISTANT

The "UNDO" fuction sometimes appears as I progress through my work, then when I really need to correct (or undo), I can't find the undo buttom (othewise known as command/z on our macs. This proves very frustratrating and difficut to use because of happazrd inconsistency with the ios numbers program. Where is the undo fuction/key in ios numbers. Thanks for you guidance

In a good handful of apps on iOS, including Numbers, the Undo button is accessed by shaking the device. If you shake it again, you can either Redo it or Undo another move.

Sorry about the confusion. :)
