Puchased music isn't showing up on my new iPhone 5

After purchasing the new iPhone, the gentlemen at the store began the set up and restore process for me. My apps started to download and he told me I could interrupt the download process and continue at home. Once I got home and connected to wi-fi it asked if I wanted to continue downloading. I was checking out the phone so I clicked "Later" after which all my music still appeared in gray. When I connected to the wi-fi this morning at work to finish the download, no music was there. I was able to recover my apps from the purchased section of the app store. But my music doesn't appear in the purchased section of the itunes store. I am using the same apple ID as before and all my music was purchased through itunes.
