I can see the app in the App Store. But the "Free" button is grayed out. Even when I go into details of the app, the "Free" button is still grayed out. Any suggestions on how I can install? Is there a way to install from an external file?

i am getting the same thing but with my ipad. i've successfully downloaded the siriusxm internet radio app to my iphone, but i can't to my ipad. just like you, the app is greyed out on my ipad. any suggestions?
Do you have age restrictions set for apps? Settings>General>Restrictions>Allowed Content>Apps. Sirius is rated 17+.
