In-app purchase transaction fails

In-app purchase transaction fails

when i try to make an in-app purchase it says please contact itunes support to complete this transaction. I know the card registered is valid with money and all that, and i have made in-app purchases before with no problem. its been doing this for my apps lately and i cant find anything in the app store to help me to solve this problem... any suggestions or answers???

If you haven't already done so then you can contact iTunes support via this page and ask them why the message is appearing : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

i have thanks though, that was the first thing i did but i cant find an answer to why its having issues or how to go about fixing the problem.
